THE FERRY SENSORY GROUP

What is it and who is it for?

A social and information group for people with sight and/or hearing loss in the Broughty Ferry area.

Where and when do you meet?

St Aidan’s Centre, 480 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee DD5 2EB monthly on a Tuesday afternoon 1.30pm – 3.30pm.

Tuesday 10th January – IT Support by Ryan

Tuesday 14th February – meet for a coffee

Tuesday 14th March – “The Ferry’s Forgotten Heros and Characters”

Tuesday 11th April-Kaleidoscope of wildlife

Tuesday 9th May- Vision Rugby by Strathmore RFC

Tuesday 16th May -Ladies only Swimming at Lochee swimming Centre (1pm-2pm)

Monday 26th June – Hospital field Garden Visit -Arbroath

Tuesday 11th JulySensory Backpack, Dundee University

Tuesday 8th August- Talk Citizen Advice Bureau

Tuesday 12th September- A Walk Around Dundee board game by Dundee University

Tuesday 10th October-Sensory Equipments by Claire Anthony NESS

Tuesday 14th November- Talk Signal Tower Museum

Tuesday 12th December– Lunch at Ship Inn (12.00pm)

All meetings will be from 1.30pm to 3.30pm,

at St Aidens Centre, Brook Street, Broughty Ferry
