What is it and who is it for?

The group is a social and information group for people experiencing sensory loss in the Arbroath area.

Where and when do you meet?

Brothock Gallery, Arbroath Library, Hill Terrace DD11 1AH.

From Sptember we are meeting on the First and Third Mondays of the month from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.

Monday 6th March – Vision Rugby by Strathmore RFC

Monday 10rd April- Word puzzle

Monday 8th May – Craft-Pompom birds

Monday 5th June- Visit to Garden Centre, Arbroath (Meet in front of Arbroath Library at 1pm)

Monday 3rd July- Strawberry afternoon tea at Jean’s Garden (Meet in front of Arbroath Library at 1pm)

Monday 7th August – Talk Signal Tower Museum

Monday 4th September- Talk by Bruce, recollection of African stories

Monday 18th September- Yoga/ Medidatio n

Monday 2nd October- Talk by Andy S Hayes, Kaleidoscope of wildlife

Monday 16th October – Word Games

Monday 6th November – Visit from Citizen Advice Bureau

Monday November 20th – Public Holiday. Library closed –  no meeting

Monday 4th December- Lunch Town House Arbroath at 12pm

What do you do?

We have guest speakers suggested by the group and also plan to have some outings. We also have some time for a cup of tea and a chat.

Currently all it costs is £1 donation towards teas and coffees.
