NESS social workers will meet you face to face to give you personalised advice, information and practical support. We can provide advice on welfare benefits and help you to navigate your way around the changes to the benefits system. We can also help you to identify and organise any other support you may need.

“Thank you so much for helping me with the social welfare fund. Now I have a working cooker and fridge and will soon have carpets. It makes a big difference. Before I ate badly. Now I can get lovely food and have it hot and tasty. I think I’m putting on weight now.”
