Job Vacancy – Youth Worker, Full time, based in Aberdeen

New year, New challenge? Could you help our Young Peoples Sensory Service shape the future of young people with sensory loss?

NESS is the leading local provider of services for people who are blind, Deaf, or have hearing or sight loss.

We are seeking to recruit a

Youth Worker (£25,799 – £28,123)
Full time based in Aberdeen (36.25 hrs per week)

Our highly successful Young People’s Sensory Service (YPSS), delivers activities for children and young people who have sensory loss, helping them build confidence, independence and ambition.

You’ll need:
– A professional qualification or Recognised Prior Learning, equivalent to SCQF level 6, in a relevant field.
– At least two years’ relevant professional experience working with young people.
– Clean driving license and access to a car.
– Availability to work throughout the school holidays.
