Resource Centres re-opening for appointments

NESS is currently open for appointments only.

Please be aware of the following:
  • When booking an appointment, you will be asked questions to make sure you are unlikely to have COVID-19. You will be asked these again before entering the building for your appointment.

  • Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment, as we will be unable to let you into the building if you are early.

  • It is important that you are not late, as each appointment is strictly for 45 minutes. Our staff then have 15 minutes to clean before the next appointment.

  • Please remember to wear a mask and to use hand sanitiser on entry. Our staff will be wearing PPE for your safety.

  • Please get in touch to cancel the appointment if you feel unwell on the day. 

  • If you can't attend the appointment for any reason, please get in touch to cancel. Appointments are extremely limited at the moment and we don't want to waste any.

We are now able to arrange essential home visits.  Staff making essential ­­home visits are required to wear masks and/or other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with Government guidance.
