Making meetings accessible for people with hearing loss
After carrying out research earlier this year, Ideas for Ears have produced the Hearing Access Protocol, practical guidance on how to make meetings accessible for people with different hearing abilities. The guidance explains how people with different levels of hearing can feel excluded from meetings and events. It goes on to provide practical advice so that you can make sure any event you organise addresses these barriers to participation so people who are Deaf or who have a hearing loss can fully take part.
