Dates for Sensory Awareness Training in Aberdeen 2018

Find out about the impact of living with a sensory loss (sight and/or hearing loss).

Next year's dates for NESS's Sensory Awareness Training in Aberdeen have now been released  and are:

Sensory Awareness Training helps you have an awareness of what it might be like living with a sight and/or hearing loss. The training then introduces some of the aids, equipment, and adaptations that people with a sensory loss use to live independently.

The Sensory Awareness Training takes place at NESS's Resource Centre at 21 John Street, Aberdeen AB25 1BT from 9.30am to 4pm.  There continues to be funding from the Aberdeen See Hear Strategy Group to pay for you to attend the training, so there is no cost to you.  We provide all refreshments, lunch (an integral part of the training), a full training pack and a Certificate of Attendance.

For more information about the Sensory Awareness Training or to book a place please email training@nesensoryservices.org or phone 0345 271 2345.
